J. Scott Falls, originally from Clover, South Carolina, graduated from the College of Charleston with a B.A. in Communication. Shortly thereafter, Scott became a member of the first graduating class from the Charleston School of Law in 2007. After graduation, Scott worked for a small law firm in Charleston representing clients in federal, state and magistrate courts in cases ranging from employment disputes, homeowners association suits and heirs property matters.

In December 2009, Scott opened his own practice in Charleston, South Carolina. Since that time, Scott has assisted employees in many facets of employment law, including Title VII issues, FMLA issues, employment contracts, covenants not to compete, employee handbooks and wage and hour disputes. His employment practice also ranges from advising employees on contractual matters to litigating disputes in federal and state courts and administrative agencies. Scott has also handled family law cases for divorce and child custody along with a wide range of other civil litigation matters.
